Product Description

StoneShield High-Temperature Adhesive is a proprietary silicate-based refractory sealant engineered for passive fire protection systems. Designed for use in conjunction with fire-rated collars, barriers, and seals, it maintains integrity in high-heat environments and supports rated fire seals up to 120 minutes.

Application Instructions

  • 1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease
  • 2. Cut cartridge nozzle to desired bead size and load into standard caulking gun
  • 3. Apply a continuous bead of adhesive around penetration or joint
  • 4. Embed bracket/collar fabric and smooth excess adhesive
  • 5. Fire testing recommended to confirm system integrity compliance
